Refund Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be given once a training class starts. Due to the nature of training, once it starts, it’s delivered. The only time a refund will be given is if 327 Solutions cancels or moves a training class date. In this case, every effort will be made to reschedule students into a running class. If no class can be found that works, we will issue a refund if (1) we canceled a class date and (2) can’t find another date that will work for the student or sponsoring organization.
